P&N Nutricare provides canine nutrition consultations and educational advisory services.

All information provided:

* Does not constitute veterinary advice

* Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

Clients must consult a registered veterinary surgeon for medical concerns.

3. Eligibility

By using this Website or booking a consultation, you confirm that:

* You are at least 18 years of age

* You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

* The information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Bookings and Payment

* All consultations must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

* Prices are displayed in GBP (£).

* P&N Nutricare reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.

* A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers may have the right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days.

However:

* If you book a consultation within the 14-day cancellation period and expressly agree for the service to begin, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has been fully performed.

* Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled consultation to qualify for rescheduling.

* Missed appointments may be non-refundable.

Refunds are issued at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

* Providing accurate and complete information about your dog’s health, diet and behaviour.

* Consulting your veterinarian before implementing dietary changes, particularly if your dog has a diagnosed medical condition.

* Implementing any advice at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

* P&N Nutricare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this Website or our services.

* We do not guarantee specific behavioural or health outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

* Death or personal injury caused by negligence

* Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

* Any liability that cannot be excluded under Scottish or English law

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, logos, branding, materials, downloads and educational resources, is the intellectual property of P&N Nutricare unless otherwise stated.
